So when I found this vegan caviar, i was shocked, confused and kind of excited. As you all know, caviar is fish eggs, an obvious no no in the vegan community.
I was walking around IKEA and as I was browsing the veggie meatballs (as I’m sure a lot of you do) and any new items, I came across this seaweed based vegan caviar.
Tastes like the real thing, looks like the real thing and is very pretty on top of avocado toast or cream cheese or potentially on sushi rolls?
Negligible carb content as well while providing some of the benefits of seaweed.
Under £2, at IKEA, absolute win.
